By purchasing The Gene Keys Compass Calendar: 2026 Edition (“the Product”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Product & What’s Included
The Gene Keys Compass Calendar: 2026 Edition is a digital product that includes:
• a Google Calendar file containing the Gene Keys transit schedule for the 2026 year, monthly contemplations, and programming partner reflections
• access to a private GPT (“GK Compass Calendar GPT”) for the duration of the 2026 calendar year
There is no live support, no coaching, no Q&A, and no individualized guidance included with this purchase.
All participation and implementation are fully self-led.
2. Access Duration
Calendar Access
Once you import the calendar into your own Google account, you may keep it indefinitely.
GK Compass Calendar GPT Access
Access to the GPT is provided from delivery through December 31, 2026.
Access does not continue into 2027 unless you purchase the next edition.
Access expires automatically at year-end and will not be extended.
This Product grants access to the 2026 Edition only.
3. Platform Requirements
To use this Product, Client must have:
• an active Google account
• the ability to import Google Calendar files
• access to ChatGPT (free version is sufficient)
• a stable internet connection and compatible devices
Kehla G & Co. is not responsible for:
• inability to import the calendar
• issues with Google outages or account limitations
• workplace, school, or personal device restrictions that block GPT use
• OpenAI platform changes or downtime
Platform limitations do not qualify for refunds.
4. Not Affiliated With Gene Keys Ltd.
This Product is independently created by Kehla G & Co.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Gene Keys Ltd., Richard Rudd, or the official Gene Keys programs.
5. Refund Policy
Because this is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final.
No refunds, cancellations, payment reversals, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstance.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Client acknowledges that all payments are final and agrees not to initiate a chargeback.
Filing a chargeback for a digital product constitutes fraud.
If a chargeback is initiated:
• all access to the calendar and the GPT will be revoked immediately
• any applicable outstanding amounts become due in full
• evidence of delivery and usage will be submitted to dispute the claim
Kehla G & Co. reserves the right to pursue collections or legal action and may permanently ban the Client from future offerings.
A chargeback does not cancel the Client’s financial obligation.
7. Payment Terms
This Product is sold as a single-payment purchase.
By completing checkout, Client authorizes payment to be charged to their selected method.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials within the Product — including calendar entries, descriptions, contemplations, reflections, prompts, writing, teaching frameworks, and GPT training — are the intellectual property of Kehla G & Co.
Client receives a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.
Client may not:
• share the calendar file
• share access to the GK Compass Calendar GPT
• distribute, copy, publish, or reproduce any content
• upload materials to external platforms
• paraphrase or modify the material to create derivative works for distribution or resale
• use the content to build competing programs, tools, offers, or calendars
• allow others to use their login or access links
Unauthorized distribution or misuse may result in legal action.
9. Sharing & Access Violations
If Client is found sharing, distributing, reselling, or providing access to either the GPT or the calendar:
• access will be revoked immediately
• no refund will be issued
• Client will be prohibited from purchasing any future offerings
This includes shared logins, forwarded links, group imports, or unauthorized use in team or client spaces.
10. No Guarantees; No Promised Outcomes
Kehla G & Co. does not guarantee:
• personal or spiritual breakthroughs
• emotional outcomes
• clarity or direction
• business growth or revenue
• Gene Keys or Human Design mastery
• improved decision-making
• engagement or visibility in business
• accuracy or completeness of third-party platform outputs
The Product provides educational and contemplative tools only.
Client is solely responsible for their interpretation, decisions, and outcomes.
11. No Professional Advice
Nothing in the Product constitutes:
• business advice
• legal advice
• financial advice
• medical or psychological advice
• therapeutic guidance

Client assumes full responsibility for their application of the material.
12. Technology, Platform Changes & Updates
Kehla G & Co. is not liable for:
• platform changes by Google or OpenAI
• discontinuation of GPTs or product formats by OpenAI
• calendar import issues due to user error or device incompatibility
Kehla G & Co. may update or refine the GPT or calendar entries at any time.
13. Support & Communication
This Product does not include:
• email support
• DM or Voxer support
• personalized guidance or interpretation
• coaching, mentoring, or troubleshooting beyond basic access issues

Respectful communication is expected.
Abusive or hostile behavior may result in revoked access without refund.
15. Personal Responsibility

No outcome is promised or guaranteed.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.

- Do I need to be good with ChatGPT?Not at all. If you can ask a question, you can use the GPT. It’s designed to guide your contemplations, not complicate them. You do not need to have the paid version of ChatGPT for this product.
- What transits are covered in this calendar?Inside this calendar, we follow the two planetary bodies that shape your entire Gene Keys Activation Sequence — the Sun and the Earth. This is a year-based tool, and access ends when the 2026 cycle is complete.
Once the year closes, access to the GPT and the shared calendar will automatically expire. - Does this include any coaching or support?No. This is a self-guided, standalone product.
